google APIs 왼쪽메뉴 하단에 Maps Platform 클릭

 

개요에서 나는 이미 연동을해서 스샷을 찍을수 없지만 오른쪽 하단부에 결제계정연결 이라는 버튼이 있었다. 

계정연결하고 사용하려는 api 잘 열렸는지 확인하면 해결됨..
